The Overview User Guide is available over the web, but for maximum access speed you may want to install it locally. To do that, first make sure you have enough free disk space, then grab overview_www.tgz (170 Kb).
Note: To grab a binary file, first move the mouse pointer over
the link, click the right mouse button, then select "Save Link As..." or
"Save Target As...".

Once the TGZ file has been downloaded, extract the docs by first running headus from the command line. Click on the Install User Guides button, and a file selection window will pop up. Find where you saved the downloaded files, then select one at a time and click on Install to extract the compressed files.
If you want to use a browser other than netscape, add something like this to your ~/.login ...
| setenv HEADUS_BROWSER xmosaic |
The Overview User Guide has now been installed, and you can delete the TGZ file if you want. To view, type ...

Once the TGZ file has been downloaded, extract the docs by first running about headus 3D tools from the Start->Programs->headus menu. Click on the Install User Guides button, and a file selection window will pop up. Find where you saved the downloaded files, then select one at a time and click on Install to extract the compressed files.
The Overview User Guide has now been installed, and you can delete the TGZ file if you want. To view, select User Guides from the Start->Programs->headus menu.
